Fieldnode is growing rapidly and is now strengthening its Commercial Organisation with a Sales & Contract Manager. In this role, you will drive complex industrial sales and own the commercial and contractual frameworks around our most important customer relationships. 

You will operate at the intersection of sales, negotiation and delivery – ensuring that what we sell is commercially sound, operationally scalable and creates long-term customer value.

Fieldnode enables industrial companies to move from fragmented spare parts processes to scalable, digital and resilient supply chains. We work closely with leading enterprises in the energy, manufacturing and heavy industry sectors to reduce downtime, increase resilience and industrialize on-demand manufacturing. 

In practical terms, speed matters. Today, Fieldnode delivers an average RFQ response time of 4 days and an average offered lead time of 10 days. For industrial organizations, this enables faster decisions, reduced operational risk and new scalable ways of working with distributed manufacturing.

The role 

As Sales & Contract Manager, you will take ownership of the full commercial process – from early customer engagement to signed agreement and structured handover to delivery teams. 

The role combines sales execution, commercial structuring and contract ownership. You will work closely with Strategic Customer Engagement, Customer Success and Operations, and have direct exposure to senior customers and Fieldnode’s leadership. 

Key responsibilities 

  • Drive and own sales processes with industrial and energy customers, from qualified opportunity to signed contract 

  • Lead commercial and contractual negotiations across enterprise agreements and commercial frameworks 

  • Structure pricing models and commercial setups tailored to industrial use cases 

  • Create, review and own customer contracts and commercial documentation 

  • Assess commercial risk, responsibilities and delivery feasibility in every deal 

  • Ensure contracts are scalable, risk-aware and aligned with Fieldnode’s operating model 

  • Secure governance approvals and structured handover from sales to implementation and customer success 

  • Contribute to the continuous development of Fieldnode’s commercial frameworks and standards 

  • Support forecasting, pipeline management and long-term growth strategy 

What we are looking for 

  • Experience from sales, commercial or contract-focused roles within industry or energy 

  • Proven ability to manage complex B2B sales and long-term customer relationships 

  • Strong negotiation skills and confidence in senior-level commercial discussions 

  • Structured, analytical and commercially driven, with sound business judgement 

  • Understanding of industrial value chains and operational realities 

  • Ability to engage stakeholders across Maintenance, Supply Chain, Engineering and Operations 

  • Fluent in English, written and spoken 

  • The role is primarily based in Oslo, with some business travel for client meetings and industry events.
