Fieldnode is building its Customer Success function from the ground up and is now looking for an Implementation & Customer Success Lead to take a foundational role in this journey. You will lead customers from contract signature to stable operations, while owning long-term success, value realization and strategic relationships.
You will operate at the intersection of industrial operations, digital platforms and customer transformation – ensuring customers adopt, scale and continuously realize value from Fieldnode.

We work closely with leading enterprises in the energy, manufacturing and heavy industry sectors to reduce downtime, increase resilience and industrialize on-demand manufacturing.
In practical terms, speed matters. Today, Fieldnode delivers an average RFQ response time of 4 days and an average offered lead time of 10 days. For industrial organizations, this enables faster decisions, reduced operational risk and new scalable ways of working with distributed manufacturing.

The role
This is a foundational role at Fieldnode. You will combine hands-on implementation leadership with long-term ownership of customer success.
Initially, the role spans both Implementation Lead responsibilities and Customer Success Management. Over time, the role is expected to evolve into a Customer Success Director, defining structure, processes and leadership for customer success at scale.
As an Implementation Lead, you should
ensure that industrial and energy customers:
Are successfully onboarded and implemented
Achieve clear operational and business value from Fieldnode
Continue, expand and deepen their engagement over time
Responsibilities – initial phase
Lead customer onboarding and implementation from contract signature to stable operations
Act as the primary customer contact during the implementation phase
Coordinate internal teams across product, commercial and operations
Translate complex industrial customer needs into structured execution
Establish implementation playbooks, templates and best practices
Manage the transition from implementation to long-term customer success
Responsibilities – evolving over time
Own customer satisfaction, retention and long-term success
Drive adoption, value realization and continuous improvement
Define Customer Success KPIs, frameworks and operating models
Act as a strategic partner to key industrial and energy customers
Build and lead the Customer Success organization as Fieldnode scales
What we are looking for
Experience from industrial environments, preferably energy or other asset-heavy industries
Background in operations, supply chain, maintenance, MRO, engineering or project management
Understanding of spare parts data, BOMs, drawings, revisions or technical documentation
Strong ability to lead customers through complex operational and technical change
Comfortable working both hands-on and at a strategic level
Strong communication skills and confidence in senior customer dialogues
Fluent in English, written and spoken
The role is primarily based in Norway, with some business travel for client meetings and industry events.
