About Fieldnode

At Fieldnode, we’re transforming the way the energy industry manages spare parts. As the market leader in digital spare parts management, we connect end-users, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and 3D-printing factories to drive sustainability, streamline workflows, and enable on-demand localized production.

2024 marked an exciting milestone for us with the conclusion of the Industry Collaboration Project, where we worked alongside leading energy companies to develop tailored solutions for the sector’s challenges. Now, we’re advancing those innovations commercially with our trusted partners and pioneering customers.

Our vision? To simplify supply chains by shipping files, not parts. Through our high-quality manufacturing network, we’re building an agile and resilient ecosystem that links operators, OEMs, and engineering companies to meet today’s demands and prepare for tomorrow’s challenges.

Join us at Fieldnode and be part of a team that’s shaping the future of manufacturing and supply chain management. Whether your expertise lies in technology, engineering, operations, or customer success, you’ll play a vital role in realizing the vision set forth during our groundbreaking industry collaborations.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive our growth and strengthen our commercial presence. In this role, you will engage with key stakeholders in the energy sector, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to scaling our digital spare parts marketplace.

You will report to the VP of Business Development and play a key role in shaping our strategic direction. Your insights and expertise will help us expand our network and reinforce our position as an industry leader.

For questions about the role, feel free to contact Olle Joelsson, VP Business Development, at olle.joelsson@fieldnode.com.

Your Responsibilities

  • Sales Development: Drive outreach and lead generation to build a robust sales pipeline.

  • Client Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with global customers.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—including product, account management, support, and technical teams—to deliver tailored solutions.

  • Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with business and legal requirements.

  • Present & Pitch: Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.

  • Industry Representation: Represent Fieldnode at key industry events and conferences.

What You Bring

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Industry Knowledge: 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or spare parts management within the energy sector.

  • Sales & Market Expertise: Strong understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, change management, and customer relationship management (CRM).

  • Communication & Negotiation Skills: Exceptional ability to build relationships, negotiate, and engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Tech & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite, with a data-driven approach to business development.

  • Language: Fluent in English (oral and written); additional languages are a plus.

  • Project Management: Previous experience in project management services is advantageous.
